Giuseppe's day

Today Giuseppe had a friend come home with him from school. Her name is Crystal. They played for 4 hours without any incidents. That is not always the case when he has boys home from school.

Afterward he went to baseball to play his third game this season. He had a great game.

You can't tell, but he is "playing" the way outfield during Giuseppe's game. It was adorable.

The art of losing

Last night Giuseppe and I bet $1 on the Michigan State / North Carolina game. 

Giuseppe picked the white team (UNC) because his hockey team wears white jerseys.

I even gave Giuseppe a chance to wager on something other than money. I suggested he could pick anything for dinner if he won, including candy and pop. If I won he had to eat whatever I made. He passed and said that was boring.

So, today I had to fork over a dollar bill to my 5-year-old.
