Labor Day parties


Lot of Labor Day parties this weekend. Here is my mom working hard to make her famous potato salad.
She is in the process of making 10 lbs. of potatoes.
My plan is to divide it up and take a dish of it to each party we attend.
Smart thinking on my part, huh? Having my mom do all the work, you know.
